In order of operation, we often use the phrase: Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally to help remember the order in which to perform the operations. That is a bit confusing because the (My Dear) must be performed in order from left to right - even if the division comes before the multiplication problems - the same holds true for the (Aunt Sally) - addition and subtraction must be completed from left to right, no matter the order - even if the subtraction problem comes first in the series.

In the original message, this string of numbers was in one straight line, so I assume the problem is:

1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 * 0 + 1 = ? That is 12 (1's) with addition signs between them and then a multiplication sign with a zero next followed by the final plus 1.

In this instance, the multiplication problem comes first - so, 1 * 0 = 0 will be computed and added to the problem:

1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + (1 * 0 )+ 1 = ?

1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 0 + 1 = ?

1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 0 + 1 = ? Now just add across the line

1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 0 + 1 = 12

If those gaps between the numbers are 11's, the answer would be:

1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 11 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 11 + (1 x 0) + 1 = ?

1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 11 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 11 + 0 + 1 = ?

1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 11 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 11 + 0 + 1 = 30

If the three lines of numbers are separate, I wonder why there are not =? at then end of each line and why the first two problems would be identical? If you provide clarification, perhaps a tutor may be able to assist further.
