Por petición, Pedro ratificó lo pactado en las Partidas sobre la inviolabilidad de los procuradores de las ciudades y villas, prohibiendo a los Tribunales «conocer de las querellas que ante ellos dieren de los Procuradores durante el tiempo de su procuración, hasta que sean tornados a sus tierras.
By petition, Pedro ratified what was agreed in the Partidas on the inviolability of the prosecutors of the cities and towns, prohibiting the Courts "to know the complaints that they give of the Attorneys during the time of their procuration, until they are made their lands.
Por cuanto todas las licencias y declaraciones hasta hoy hechas que en estas leyes no estuvieran recopiladas o las que se dieren o hicieren, no siendo dadas ni hechas por Nos expresamente, las revocamos y suspendemos, en lo que toca a cautivar o hacer esclavos a los Indios en guerra, aunque sea justa.
Inasmuch as all the licenses and declarations made up to this day that are not compiled in these laws or that are given or made, not being given or made by us expressly, we revoke and suspend them, in what concerns to captivate or make slaves to the Indians at war, even if it is just.
