Ignatii Loyola, publicada en 1590 con estampas de Hieronymus Wierix, o la del padre Ribadeneyra, ilustrada por Theodoor Galle y Adriaen Collaert en la impresión amberina de 1610, fue capaz de recrear sus historias de forma personal tanto en los tipos humanos como en los ambientes arquitectónicos y paisajísticos.
