Fra gli eventi maggiori si ricordano le sagre della melanzana ad Annà, della crespella a Prunella, del pane caldo a Pallica, della polpetta al Paese Vecchio, del pesce alla Marina e il Pentedattilo Film Festival, gara internazionale di cortometraggi che si svolge nel grande teatro all'aperto di Pentedattilo verso metà settembre e non per ultimi i famosi falò del 10 e 15 agosto presso la spiaggia di Pilati.
